Sildenafiled (S.I.L.D.E.N. A-Field) is a B2B agricultural technology platform that provides field monitoring through IoT sensors, data integration, and predictive crop yield models. The service is exclusively aimed at producers, advisors, and companies in the agro-industrial sector in Argentina.
Access and use of the platform implies full acceptance of these terms. If the user does not agree, they must refrain from using the service. Sildenafiled reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, notifying changes at least 15 days in advance via the registered email address.
The user agrees to:
Sildenafiled commits to keeping the platform operational with a minimum availability of 99.5% monthly, excluding scheduled maintenance and force majeure events. Predictive yield models are based on sensor data and machine learning algorithms; results are estimates and do not constitute a harvest guarantee. The company is not responsible for agronomic decisions based solely on predictions without field validation.
All software, algorithms, dashboards, technical documentation, and platform content are the property of Sildenafiled or its licensors. The user acquires no ownership rights over them. Reproduction, distribution, or reverse engineering without express written authorization is prohibited.
Under no circumstances shall Sildenafiled be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including crop loss, lost profits, or property damage. Sildenafiled's maximum cumulative liability shall not exceed the value of the annual subscription paid by the user in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Sildenafiled may suspend or terminate the user's access in case of breach of these terms, fraudulent use of the platform, or violation of third-party rights. The user may cancel their account at any time by written request to info@sildenafiled.com. Termination shall not affect rights and obligations accrued prior to it.
Sildenafiled reserves the right to unilaterally modify these terms. Changes will be communicated 15 days in advance by email. If the user does not express their disagreement within 10 days after notification, the modification will be considered accepted. In case of rejection, the user may cancel the service without penalty.

Electronic notifications will be considered received 24 hours after sending, unless there is an error in the address provided by the user.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction or venue.
